The two most prolific anglers in Horseshoe Bend history, Cade White and Maddux Yates, add to their already lengthy resume; this time punching a ticket to the Bassmaster High School National Championship for the first time in their careers. 

Back in February, the two signed to compete at Faulkner University and continue their shared dominance in the same boat at the collegiate level. Throughout their career, they’ve compiled award after award, including three tournament wins, 10 top-5 finishes, 15 top-15 finishes, 20 top-20 finishes, being named the 2025-2026 BASS Nation High School Anglers of the Year, and now, their qualifying bid to the national championship.
