Students from across the country are invited each year to take the ACT through Duke University’s Talent Identification Program. More than 60 students from Alexander City Middle School were selected to take exam, which is traditionally taken by juniors and seniors with plans of attending college.
More than 21,000 seventh graders took the ACT Assessment and two of the ACMS students earned national recognition for their scores.
