With the exception of one, Dadeville softball head coach Richard White has led his team to the state championship tournament in Montgomery every year since the program converted to fast-pitch in 2000.

The closest the Lady Tigers have come to winning it all was 2004 when they finished second, after coming within one strike of defeating Alabama Christian for the championship.
