Residents and guests at Adam’s Nursing Home participated in National Wear Red Day Friday. According to Adam’s Nursing Home’s Assistant Administrator Delilah Lilly, Feb. 4 was set aside by the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute as part of its disease awareness campaign “The Heart Truth.”

“I decided to participate in the campaign because I am very interested in women’s health and concerned especially about heart disease,” Lilly said. “It has affected my family in a huge way.”
