Fans of the game respect those talented golfers who excel on the course. Some of these golfers hit the ball so far and so close to the pin, make all of their putts and week after week place high on the leaderboard. Some golf fans only tune in to the PGA Tour during a major – such as The Masters, US Open, The Open and the PGA Championship – while others tune their televisions to the Golf Channel the moment they wake up to see how the players are doing on the European Tour, followed by the LPGA and the PGA Tour coverage. They finish each day watching the Champions’ Tour golf coverage. These same people have subscriptions to more than a few trade magazines so they can keep up with college golf and all of the developmental tours. The hook of this game can bury deep.
