Lake Watch threatens lawsuit

After years of violations by Dadeville’s wastewater treatment plant, the city could soon face a lawsuit if certain criteria are not met.

Dadeville Mayor Joe Smith along with the city council and wastewater treatment plant Superintendent Al Smith recently received a 60-day notice of intent from the Law Office of David A. Ludder on behalf of Lake Watch of Lake Martin.
