For the past two years Tallapoosa County Schools Superintendent Ginger East has dreaded making the phone call to Camp Hill to deliver the news that Edward Bell School had not made Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP).

This year, East couldn’t wait until Monday to call Edward Bell Principal Glenda Menniefee. East contacted Menniefee on Friday to inform her that Edward Bell School met AYP requirements.
