On Friday, Joseph Wilson, a Tallapoosa County wolf breeder and a self-professed believer in witchcraft, was arrested in his home and charged with two counts of theft by deception in connection with his used car business.

Wilson was currently out of prison on an appeal bond, according to New Site Police Chief John McKelvey. In 2002, Wilson was sentenced to 15 years in prison when a Tallapoosa County jury found him guilty of six felony counts of theft by deception.
