TUSCALOOSA (AP) – An already struggling Alabama team will be without leading scorer Chuck Davis for the rest of the season.

The senior forward was diagnosed Monday with torn ACL and MCL ligaments in his right knee and will miss the rest of the season, coach Mark Gottfried said. He will undergo surgery Tuesday in Birmingham.
