Hurricane Harvey will bring days of flooding, potentially cutting off or delaying access to some areas, Galveston County officials warned Friday.
Harvey was expected to make landfall in the middle-Texas coast Friday evening or early Saturday morning. While Galveston County was expected to be spared hurricane force winds, high tides and constant rain over the next week would cause flooding, weather trackers and city officials said.
