PHOTOS: Aero Warrior Reunions brings NASCAR greats
More than 200 Dodge Daytonas, 500s and Plymouth Superbirds descended on Tim Wellborn's residence for the Aero Warrior Reunion on Friday. The cars were joined by NASCAR legends Bobby, Donnie and Eddie Allison, Gary Bradberry and Dave Marcris. Saturday residents can take in the cars as they are parked on Broad Street from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Cliff Williams / The Outlook Superbirds and Dodge 500s came from everywhere for the Aero Warrior Reunion. Some were trailered in from California, others drove from Canada and some owners left their winged cars in New Zealand but are attending their third Aero Reunion event in the states.
