Summer is known for its heat, and beloved for its memory-making opportunities. Many of us adults find ourselves reminiscing about the good old days, when summer meant front yard football games and only coming home for supper when the streetlights came on. Somewhere along the way, kids traded kickball in the park for scrolling through endless feeds.

It happens in the blink of an eye. When summers blend into other seasons and become the same stuffy days inside the office. So it’s time to ditch the Wi-Fi, log off social media and step into the fresh air.
