Dear Editor,

Every election season, our neighborhoods fill with signs that reflect the voices and choices of local residents. These signs may be small, but they represent something meaningful: participation, pride, and the right to express support for the candidates and causes that matter to us. Unfortunately, our community continues to face a recurring problem, political yard signs being taken, damaged, or discarded. It happens year after year, and each time it sends the same message: Someone is trying to silence a neighbor instead of respecting their right to be heard.
