Is social media making us dumber despite the vast amount of information it provides?

Yes and no. As someone who creates and consumes media, I have a somewhat unique perspective on this. Plus, while I don’t know of a time without the internet, I know of a time without social media. And despite being 25, I have used printed books and encyclopedias in school to do research projects as well as digital databases. Consider me the bridge between two worlds (I’m joking).
