When we think about what we’re grateful for, many times we miss the small things.

Keeping that in mind, I was thinking this week about how welcoming everyone has been since I’ve been back at The Outlook, although those first few weeks were a doozy. Getting back in the swing of deadlines. Gathering up phone numbers. Learning who the current public officials are now. The biggest leap was learning all the new software.
