My visit to Lake Martin Animal Shelter last week was a sweet one, but also a more difficult one.

Sarah Chase / TPI Charlie is affectionately called Charliebug by Lake Martin Animal Shelter Staff. He is available to adopt at the shelter.

During my visit, LMAS executive director Kim Hall introduced me to Charlie, who is more lovingly called Charliebug by staff since there is a spot on his back that takes the shape of a bug. Hall described Charlie as a sweetheart. He loves to play, would be best in a single-dog home and assumingly rides well in the car as he enjoyed his trip to the vet.
