I’ve never been much of a gamer. I tried all the games, but they rarely ever stuck for me. It does not mean I do not see the appeal of certain games; they just did not stick. I fell into the sports genre mostly, shocking, coming from the sports editor of the local paper, I know.

You’d think that, since the games haven't really changed from when I first started playing them to where they are now, I’d get bored with them – but quite the opposite. Yeah, the graphics get better, new players are added in, new plays are added. I don’t know I can’t just explain it, games like MLB the Show, Madden, NBA 2K and NCAA Football just scratch an itch for me.
