Stanhope Elmore junior guard Heaven Bailey rises above her defender, Blount's Amayah Bracy, to hit a 3-pointer. Bailey scored 31 points with six assists and five rebounds.

The Stanhope Elmore Mustangs dominated Blount on Friday night in the AHSAA Class 6A sub-regional with a 81-48 win. 

The win came on the back of junior point guard Heaven Bailey’s season-high 31 points, six assists, five rebounds and three steals. Freshman forward Kuraji Crosby added 21 points, 14 rebounds and seven blocks for her 11th double-double of the season. Senior shooting guard Aubrey Newton came in with 10 points, two rebounds, two assists and two steals. Senior center Teonna Davis dominated the paint with six points, 10 rebounds and five blocks.
