In what could be the last Tallapoosa County softball tournament, with the imminent changes in the area set to take place, the Reeltown softball team traveled to New Site to face off against two inter-county rivals.

And it was a tall task for the Rebels, matching up with No. 10-ranked Dadeville in Class 3A and No. 10-ranked Horseshoe Bend. Despite the tough matchups, Reeltown showed some promise, but fell 7-1 to the Tigers and 10-9 to the Generals.
