Stanhope Elmore preparing for Fridays this summer

Football games might not be won in the summer, but they definitely can be lost. That is, at least, if you asked Stanhope Elmore football coach Hunter Adams. The Mustangs hosted Opelika and Elmore County for an organized team activity on Tuesday at 17 Springs. 

“It was a tremendous day of work overall,” Adams said. “I tip my cap to all the coaches involved from all three schools. We got a ton of reps in, nobody’s kids backed down or tapped out and nothing got unorganized. I was really pleased with that.”
