Wetumpka centerback shows gratitude for North-South selection

Every high school athlete and coach in Alabama understands the gravity of being selected to the AHSAA North-South All-Star game. It’s an honor and an experience most people don’t get to have. Wetumpka’s Nick Davis, a rising senior center-back for the Indians, understands exactly what his selection to the game meant.

“It means a lot,” he said. “I’ve been just working as hard as I possibly can. I couldn’t have been here without my parents, without God. Just being here is amazing, an amazing opportunity, and I hope that with this I can grow as a player and as a leader on my team.”
