Allegations of sexual impropriety filmed by fire chief laid out in hearing for Tallassee police chief

Tallassee city officials have been aware of possible sexual harassment and a sexually hostile workplace since the summer. 

Mayor Joey Wiginton read the letter given to Tallassee police chief Todd Buce on Oct. 23, noting alleged sexual harassment and sex acts among police officers while on the clock. The hearing noted video filming in the bathroom of Tallassee fire station 3, which recorded seven police officers. Four were allegedly filmed engaged in sex acts. Three of those officers resigned and the fourth was terminated during a probationary period, according to Buce.
