It’s taken a few months, but law enforcement has caught up to an Eclectic man for allegedly setting a fire inside the Tallassee Walmart.
On Thursday, the Tallassee Police Department served warrants of arrest for arson, third-degree criminal mischief and reckless endangerment on Devin Blackwell, 36, of Eclectic.
