And that’s the case for Reeltown quarterback JaMarkius Smith, who received his second official scholarship offer from Samford on Tuesday. Smith already holds an offer from Georgia State, receiving it just weeks after he helped lead the Rebels to their fourth state title in program history as a sophomore.
