Created to serve underserved communities, Clear Landing is providing resources to families across the state who need assistance with their heirs property.

Clear Landing assists Alabama families with their titles and any inheritance complications that result in involuntary land loss especially for those who have a difficult time accessing assistance. Clear Landing president Ryan Thomson and chief legal officer Jacy Fisher were involved in educating Alabama residents about heirs property, but recognized that those being educated still needed further assistance.
