The Phil Legacy Foundation held its second annual Phil-A-Backpack Back-to-School Bash stuffing free backpacks with free school supplies. The foundation also gave away free food, drinks, cotton candy and snow cones. 

Sunday afternoon was about giving back. 

The Phil Legacy Foundation, a foundation started to honor April 15, 2023 shooting victim Phil Dowdell, held its second annual Phil-A-Backpack Back-to-School Bash.
