The Camp Hill Town Council is ironing out some kinks. 

During Tuesday’s town council meeting, the council failed to pass its new noise ordinance to replace its current ordinance in a 2-4 vote. The current ordinance lacks quiet hours and penalties and there is an oversight regarding personal property making it difficult for law enforcement to enforce the ordinance.
