Center securing children’s safety, mental wellness opening in Dadeville

Tri-County Children’s Advocacy Center was founded on the principle of providing a safe and child-friendly environment. Holding strong to that mission, Tri-County CAC is opening an office in Dadeville. 

Tri-County CAC is a nonprofit organization for children ages 3 to 18. The center assists in coordinating child protective services, law enforcement family advocates, medical experts and mental health clinicians when addressing a child who may be experiencing abuse. These experts exist inside of CAC so when a child shares their experiences, it is done once to a trained interviewer. This ensures the child is not retraumatized from sharing their story more than once to multiple individuals.
