When asked what makes Alabama great, their answers took them all the way to the state house.

Dadeville Elementary School third grader Neely Seagle and fourth grader Raylan Claybrook were both asked the same question for All Across Alabama — a statewide art program for third through fifth graders organized by the Alabama State Council on the Arts. This was the first year of the program and Seagle and Claybrook were chosen as host site winners. Both of their artworks are displayed in the state capitol for the entire month of April alongside works from 210 students.
