A frustrated parent addressed the Tallapoosa County Board of Education during Monday night’s meeting. 

James Trapp’s 14-year-old son is a student at Horseshoe Bend School. Trapp said his son was caught gambling as he and some of his friends challenged each other with a certain amount of money to see who could throw a bottle cap closer to a wall.
