CHQPR data states at-risk hospitals have enough funding for an estimated six to seven years. At-risk hospitals also spend more money than they bring in, running negative patient service and total margins. Ivy Creek Healthcare CEO Mike Bruce said the ranking reflects more of the percentage loss in its projections and it does not include the ancillary services the hospital has that are associated with it.
