Submitted / TPI Lake Community Church's coat ministry will distrubute the coats from 9- 11 a.m. on Nov. 19 at Loaves and Fishes and Nov. 20 at Red Ridge Methodist Church. Collection boxes for the coats are located at Lake Community Church, Red Ridge Methodist Church, Lake Martin Baptist Church, Smile Creator and Mama T's.

The church’s coat closet ministry is collecting coats for its annual coat distribution days. While the community often comes through for the coats — 175 were collected in its first year and the second and third year saw almost 500 coat collections — Lake Community Church’s Living Stones Ministry held a retreat for faith growth and life resilience for youth and families challenging attendees to bring one coat totaling the collection to 100. The goal was surpassed with 264 coats collected.
