PNC Financial Services reached an agreement to buy out the Royal Bank of Canada’s U.S. banks to the tune of $3.45 billion.

But RBC of Dadeville’s banking center manager Virginia Fuller said the buyout – and thus, many of the changes – will not be official until March 2012.
