Keith and Debbie Hiett, residents of StillWaters since 2012, are hoping to close on a lease/purchase agreement for the facility’s golf courses and clubhouse next week.

Hiett, who owns a golf-course maintenance company, said it has been tough to see the golf course lying idle during his residency.
