Horseshoe Bend School’s new band director is dedicated to expanding and improving the marching band program.

Colin Cureton began his career as a teacher’s assistant for the Auburn University marching band after receiving his bachelor’s degree in music education in 2022. Once he graduated from Auburn, he spent a semester at Pike Road High School teaching orchestral strings and history.
