NolaBama Bistro is returning to the city with a new menu, fresh atmosphere and a game plan for success. 

Previously known as NolaBama Snack Shack, the bistro will reopen in May as a dinner space from 4 to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. For co-owners Darin and Kelly Nesbit, these hours and days of operation will give them balance to enjoy retirement and their family while also continuing their dreams in the restaurant business.
