Addie Hand was selected to join delegates from around the country for the 2026 Washington Youth Tour. Hand was chosen after the judge panel for the Alabama Youth Tour interview witnessed how she conducted herself during the tour. They evaluated how she interacted with her peers, legislatures and how she made connections.
