Lizi Arbogast / TPI Reeltown's Alijah Woods (16) rushes around a Lanett defender en route to the end zone on Friday night.

When they manage only six first downs for an entire game, it usually means the Reeltown Rebels didn’t need to touch the ball very much to put up a ton of points.

But instead, on Friday night, the Rebels met up against buzzsaw Lanett in a Class 2A Region 4 showdown, and they just couldn’t find an answer offensively. After scoring on their first drive, which took up more than eight minutes of clock time and looked like a typical Reeltown football drive, the Rebels had only two first downs the rest of the way and suffered a 20-19 loss at the hands of the Panthers.
