In the previous Southern Prep’s win this season, it has been due in large part to the offensive prowess it showcases. This time, it was the defense’s turn to shine with a 32-22 win over Springwood.
The Rangers held true for most of the night, jumping out to an early lead with a spark from the rushing games. However, the defense came away with more than a dozen tackles for loss and intercepted three Wildcats passes on the night.
