For most, any day ending with a “Y” is a good day for football — and for Southern Prep, it switched the Friday Night Lights for some Thursday night action against Escambia Academy.
The Rangers (0-3, 0-0) are coming off a loss to the team that ousted them from the playoffs last year in Evangel Christian, 56-14. Similar to what has been a trend through the early part of the season, injuries played a factor.
