Cliff Williams / TPI Architects Seay, Seay and Litchfield informed parters of 17 Springs at the Millbrook City Council meeting the project had received an award for its design.

Architects from Seay, Seay & Litchfield delivered news that 17 Springs is on the national radar.

Jeff Bazzel and Dalton Cates made the announcement at Tuesday’s Millbrook City Council meeting. Bazzel said the 100-plus-acre project had earned the Alabama Council of the American Institute of Architects 2025 Large Project Excellence in Design Honorable Mention.
