A domestic violence suspect literally fell into custody of law enforcement Thursday night.

Deputies with the Elmore County Sheriff’s Office were called to Pineleaf Road in Elmore in response to a domestic situation. It took a little while but deputies arrested Curley James Pollard Jr., 38, of Millbrook.
