Every sixth grade student from Elmore County and Tallassee City Schools took part in the 12th annual water festival held at the Alabama Nature Center in Millbrook earlier this month.

In collaboration with Elmore County Schools and the Tallassee City Schools, the ANC hosted the program designed to encourage discussions about the water cycle and the importance of clean water including personal responsibility for water resources in a fun and engaging atmosphere.
