Soft skills are the key to steady employment. That was the message from a recent discussion panel at the Wetumpka Area Chamber of Commerce luncheon.

The message was the same from those trying to educate the next generation of employees to those trying to hire and even from courts who are trying to aid litigants in finding paths to better employment. Employers are also adjusting to employee requirements.
