Stanhope Elmore junior running back Dee Barnes breaks away from defenders and approaches the end zone against Park Crossing.

The rout was on from the opening kickoff Friday night at 17 Springs, as Stanhope Elmore rolled to three straight wins with a 33-0 victory over Park Crossing. 

Senior Grayson Jones kicked off just the second game at the Mustangs’ new stable, and the special teams swarmed the returner to knock the ball loose and recover the fumble at the Thunderbird 35. It took senior running back Dee Barnes just two snaps to give Stanhope the lead.
