At least seven employees of a Montgomery and Prattville spa have walked off the job after hearing their boss may have had an active role in the severe abuse of a 4-year-old boy.

Massage therapist Melissa Gann said she walked off the job at Spa Rejuvenate in Prattville Friday after learning the night before of the charges brought against her boss and business owner Scott Hicks.
