The case involving the alleged sexual abuse of four children ranging in age from 12 to 15 months old has been bound over to a grand jury per the decision of District Judge Glenn Goggans.

Stephen Conrad Jr. of Tallassee may remain behind bars leading up to his next court appearance since Goggans did not rule in favor of lowering Conrad’s bond, which is $410,000.
