Talisi Cove plat approved by county

Elmore County Commissioners unanimously approved the proposed Talisi Cove plat during a meeting Monday. The proposed plat, with about 54 lots, is under development by Alabama Power and located near Lake Martin, north of Eclectic.

According to Elmore County Chief Engineer and Operations Officer Richie Beyer, Alabama Power is now authorized to begin construction on the road leading into the plat and start advertising lots for sale.
