Cliff Williams / TPI The Marketplace at 17 Springs is nearing capacity. Millbrook city leaders say eight of 12 lots in the commercial development are spoken for.

Progress at 17 Springs is moving steadily. 

Phase 2 of 17 Springs begins next month with its stadium, diamond fields and The Fieldhouse. Large amounts of dirt were brought in to create the pad for a retail development to front the large project on Highway 15 in Millbrook.
