Wetumpka Fire responds to trees down across Green Street

Wetumpka Fire Department officials said to expect Green Street to remain closed for at least one day while fallen trees were being removed from what were reported to be utility lines.

Several Wetumpka first responders responded to Green Street around 6 p.m., where trees have fallen across the roadway. Wetumpka Fire Department officials said to anticipate about a one-day road closure as city departments remove them from utility lines.
